EVENT - 11TH ANNUAL NWHVETTE-RODS CHRISTMAS PARTY & AUCTION

DATE - DECEMBER 15, 2018   TIME - 4:00 - 8:00PM,  4:00 - 5:15 Socializing & Snacks.  Dinner @ 5:15 and party ends @ 8:00

LOCATION - North Hampton Mud Community Center 6012 Root Road, Spring, TX 77389  (just north of 99 off Gosling - see Map)

COST - $25 PER COUPLE & $15 SINGLE PAID IN ADVANCE - RSVP IS REQUIRED

REFRESHMENTS - This is a BYOB Party.  Therefore, bring mixers, beer, wine, small ice chest etc.  We will supply ice for drinks and provide Coke & Sprite.  Ice tea will be provided by the Catering Co.

FOOD - This is a catered, sit down dinner event.   Prior to dinner, we will serve snacks.  As in the past, please bring an appetizer, dip or dessert for everyone to enjoy before and after the main course.

AUCTION - The Auction items will be awesome this year but we need your support to make it a success.  Remember, we are a NO DUES Club and this is how we put $$$ in the bank.  So, bring lots of cash or your checkbook along and bid high for those items you just have to have.  DONATIONS - If you have an item(s) that you wish to donate, please bring it / them with you or call me and I'll make arrangements to pick up.

DOOR PRIZES & 50/50 - In addition to the Auction, we will be giving out door prizes to everyone who shows up.  Last year, just about everyone walked away with a nice gift provided by our Club Savings Account.  One lucky member walked away with over $300 from the 50/50 Giveaway.
