EVENT --12TH ANNUAL NWHVETTE-RODS CHRISTMAS PARTY & AUCTION
DATE - DECEMBER 14, 2019 TIME - 4:30 - 8:00 PM, 4:30 - 5:30 SOCIALIZING & SNACKS, DINNER @ 5:30 PM
LOCATION - ST. ANTHONY THE GREAT ORTHODOX CHURCH / FELLOWSHIP HALL - 7202 FM 2920 Spring, TX 77379. The church has a Gold Dome and Fellowship Hall is to the left of the church. The campus is located one mile East of Stubner Airline at Alvin Klein St. Take a left on Alvin Klein to enter the church campus. It is a beautiful, new, large facility that can hold up to 150 people in style. Very easy to get to via Toll Road 99.
COST - $30 per couple and $15 single paid in advance.
REFRESHMENTS - This a BYOB Party. So, bring mixers, beer, wine, a small ice chest etc. We will provide cups, ice for drinks, Coke & Sprite. Ice tea will be provided by the Catering Co.
FOOD - This is a catered, sit down dinner party. HAPPY HOUR - Prior to serving dinner, snacks, dips and appetizers will be served. Therefore, please bring an appetizer, dip or dessert for everyone to enjoy before and after the main course.

SILENT AUCTION - The AUCTION items will be awesome this year but we need your support to make it a success. Remember, we are a NO DUES Club and are totally dependent on member & sponsor donations to put $$$ in our Savings Account. So, bring lots of cash or your checkbook along and bid high for those items you just have to have. AUCTION DONATIONS - If you have an item(s) that you wish to donate, please bring it with you to the party or call / text me to make arrangements to pick it up prior to 12/14/19. Non-Car related items, such as liquor, gift cards or clothing are acceptable and desired items for the AUCTION. If you have any questions about DONATIONS, give me a call.
ACTIVITIES - In addition to the AUCTION, we will be giving out Door Prizes. Last year, just about everyone walked away with a nice gift provided by our Club Savings Account. One lucky member walked away with over $300 from the 50/50 drawing. This year, the good folks at Spec's Liquor will be putting together a CORVETTE Themed Gift Basket to be raffled during the event.
TOYS FOR TOTS - Once again we will be supporting The Lakewood United Methodist Church Toys For Tots Drive spearheaded by our members Carol Ann & Tom Smith. Several Vette-Rodders are members of this great church and we support all of their activities especially Toys For Tots. Therefore, if you can, please bring at least one unwrapped toy to the Christmas party for collection and eventual distribution to the kids.
