SATURDAY JULY 16, 2016 - THE TEXAS HOEDOWN - Hempstead TX. This is an official Vette-Rods cruise to a very nice Car Show hosted by The HELLIONS Car Club. The show is open to 1972 and older cars and registration begins at 8:00am with doors opening to the general public @ 10:00.
- THE PLAN - If you do not show your car, we plan to meet at Norm's Chic-fil-A (290 & Spring Cypress in front of TARGET) for coffee and breakfast @ 9:00am. Departure for the Fairgrounds will be 9:30. Estimated arrival will be 10:15. Maps on how to get to the Fairgrounds will be provided and can be found on the web page.
- THE RETURN TRIP to Houston will be up to you but I suggest taking some scenic back roads and avoid 290 traffic.
